Momentum grew when Leslie met Mark Linsz, a former senior executive at Bank of America, who was also seeking to create work with purpose and impact in his own next season.

Drawn together by their shared convictions, they co-founded MyNextSeason—pairing Leslie’s career devoted to advising leaders with Mark’s firsthand experience of corporate transition.

More than a decade later, the company remains grounded in its original vision: helping people embrace new seasons of leadership and life with clarity, meaning, and renewed purpose, while helping companies honor leaders and build for the future.
