As Director of Client Relations, Amy Baldwin is MyNextSeason’s first point of contact with clients and facilitates customer service for each project from start to finish. By providing support to MyNextSeason Advisors, Amy ensures the best possible client experience through her commitment to excellence and growth. Amy utilizes the skills gained from her career in customer service, marketing, and media to communicate the vision of MyNextSeason and ensure a meaningful experience for transitioning executives.
With a passion for helping companies grow, Amy worked for six years as the Marketing Manager for Environmental Science & Engineering, Inc., where she helped the company expand from a handful of employees to more than one thousand. She refined her exemplary customer service skills through her work at Starbucks Coffee Company, where she received several awards for her leadership and meaningful customer interactions.
Amy and her husband Marv have been married for more than 25 years and have three children. They live in a suburb of Chicago.
