Tim Breene is a global strategy, innovation, and transformation leader who brings a reflective, practical perspective to senior executives navigating professional transitions. Timโ€™s career included 16 years with Accenture, where he held several significant global leadership roles, including Chief Strategy and Corporate Development Officer, Group Chief Executive of Management Consulting, and Founder and first CEO of Accenture Interactive (now Accenture Song). In these roles, he shaped corporate strategy, led operating model redesign, guided innovation investments, supported acquisitions, and built new businesses with global reach.

Before Accenture, Tim held senior leadership roles across consulting, advertising, consumer goods, and retail. He was a Partner at McKinsey & Company, Group Deputy CEO and CEO of WCRS Advertising, Global Marketing Director for United Distillers, and Executive Board Director for Group Development at Kingfisher.

After retiring, Tim served in advisory and pro bono roles before returning to full-time leadership as CEO of World Relief, a global humanitarian and development organization. He later served as EVP of Strategy and Innovation at Gordon College.

Tim has served as a board member, advisory board member, and strategic advisor across nonprofit, software, private equity, and M&A environments. He is also co-author of Jumping the S-Curve: How to Beat the Growth Cycle, Get on Top, and Stay There.

Tim earned a BA in French and German from Trinity College Dublin and received an honorary Doctor of Business Administration from Gordon College in 2025. He lives in Wenham, Massachusetts.
