Jiri Fialka is an insurance, actuarial, and professional services leader with more than 30 years of experience building businesses, leading teams, and guiding governance across Central Europe. As a MyNextSeason Advisor, Jiri brings a practical perspective shaped by his experience in Big Four partnership, executive board leadership, actuarial and insurance advisory, and talent development. He applies that experience to support executives as they assess opportunities, clarify priorities, and prepare for what comes next.
Jiri spent much of his career with Deloitte, where he served as a Partner and held Central Europe leadership roles in actuarial, insurance, talent, and governance. He has built and led actuarial and insurance advisory teams, supported clients through industry transformation, served on the Deloitte Central Europe Board, and facilitated leadership and negotiation programs at Deloitte University Europe.
Earlier in his career, Jiri held senior actuarial and insurance leadership roles with Generali, ฤeskรก pojiลกลฅovna, and KPMG Advisory, including board-level responsibility for life, health, pension, and related product areas and regional leadership of actuarial audit and advisory services. Throughout his career, he has been drawn to building new capabilities and creating conditions for others to succeed.
Jiri holds a PhD in actuarial mathematics from Charles University in Prague and completed systemic coaching training through Extima. His coaching perspective is shaped by years of developing leaders, facilitating executive programs, and creating space for thoughtful reflection. Based in Prague, he enjoys time with his wife, Eva, their three grown children, and grandson. A certified Czech mountain leader, Jiri often brings his passion for hiking into reflection, development, and purposeful exploration.
