Eric Hanson brings more than three decades of experience in leadership strategy and organizational development to his role at MyNextSeason. With a background in industrial/organizational psychology and a career spent advising senior leaders across industries, he supports clients through pivotal decisions involving role evolution, succession, and long-term career design. Eric helps clients find clarity as they navigate important career transitions by providing trusted counsel, offering key insights, and leveraging the MyNextSeason tools and methodology.
Over a 30-year career at Development Dimensions International, Eric led global coaching and consulting engagements for Fortune 500 clients, equipping executives and high-potential leaders to thrive in complex, fast-changing environments. He has coached hundreds of leaders across industries and regions, often serving as a trusted partner in leadership acceleration, succession planning, and senior team alignment.
In 2025, he launched Acclivity Consulting to continue this work independently, offering strategic advisory and transition support to individuals and organizations navigating growth, reinvention, or inflection points.
Eric earned a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from The University of Akron and a BS in Psychology from Bowling Green State University. He currently serves as Principal of Acclivity Consulting and lives in Pennsylvania, where he is actively engaged in his community and church.
