Dr. Mark Roh brings compassion, clinical expertise, and strategic insight to his role as a MyNextSeason Medical Concierge. A board-certified surgeon and leader in cancer care, Dr. Roh partners with clients to assess health, reframe wellness goals, and develop sustainable plans that improve quality of life. Sensitive to the stress of professional change, he helps clients focus on preventive care and long-term wellness.
Throughout his 30-year career, Dr. Roh has led in surgery, cancer care, and health system administration at top institutions. Most recently, he shaped cancer care across Southwest Florida as Chief Physician Executive of Lee Health Cancer Institute, supporting patients and families through challenging journeys. Earlier, as President of the University of Florida Health Cancer Center at Orlando Health, he expanded oncology services, built regional cancer centers, and fostered a patient-first culture that earned national recognition.
Earlier in his career, Dr. Roh held senior roles at MD Anderson Cancer Center, Allegheny General Hospital, and the University of Florida, where he created pioneering liver oncology programs and helped train future surgical leaders. He is the Executive Editor of the Annals of Surgical Oncology and has authored numerous articles as well as served on the editorial boards of leading medical journals.
Dr. Roh earned his MD from The Ohio State University and a Master of Medical Management from the University of Southern California. He has held professorships at the University of Florida, Florida State, and the University of Central Florida.
