Mark Linsz leverages four decades of experience as an entrepreneur, corporate board director, and Fortune 50 executive to help MyNextSeason clients thoughtfully navigate critical career and life decisions. Encouraging and candid, he has been a longstanding mentor and coach to executives around the world on business and organizational strategy, global team leadership, networking toward board and PE service, crisis management, and career transition.

Regularly sought for his expertise in financial services and managing global teams, Mark is an accomplished board director. He currently serves on the board of CNL Strategic Capital and a Falfurrias Capital portfolio company board. He has served on the board of directors for BlackRock, the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC), and Corporate Capital Trust II.

Prior to founding MyNextSeason, Mark spent more than two decades at Bank of America, most notably steering the company safely as Corporate Treasurer for four years during the worst of the financial crisis. In that role, Mark managed the bank’s $2T balance sheet and raised over $50B of capital while ensuring funding and liquidity of all the bank’s entities. While at Bank of America, Mark also served as the CFO Risk Executive, the Capital Markets Risk Executive, and the Chief Risk Officer for Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Asia. Throughout his career, Mark has worked internationally and led global teams in Chicago, New York, Charlotte, London, and Hong Kong.

Mark’s not-for-profit board experience includes serving on the board of Opportunity International for six years. He currently serves on the board of directors for African Bible Colleges and LifeNet International, a company that seeks to improve healthcare in Africa. Mark is also a founding board member of Freedom Communities, an organization working to revive the west side of Charlotte, NC.

Mark has been married to his wife, Becky, for over 30 years and is the father of Ashley, Anna, and Ellie. He and his family reside in Charlotte, NC.
