Throughout his 34-year career at Bank of America, Mike Sharp developed a strong reputation for attracting top talent, mentoring future leaders, and cultivating high-performance teams. Having successfully transitioned from his corporate role into a diverse portfolio of entrepreneurial, coaching, not-for-profit, and leadership consulting roles, he is an ideal Advisor for MyNextSeason. At Bank of America, Mike held numerous executive management roles within the Corporate Real Estate Division. His assignments ranged from overseeing the development and execution of a global real estate strategy for the bank’s 60,000+ Technology and Operations associates to managing the design and construction of hundreds of buildings, branches, and data centers across the United States. While Mike enjoyed spearheading the construction of these new facilities, his real passion lies with building teams and developing leaders.

In 2001, Mike co-founded Stewards of the Game, a non-profit organization that teaches faith-based life lessons through sports to more than 1,000 youngsters each year. Mike’s commitment to this outreach has taken him to Bolivia, Kenya, Nicaragua, Zambia, the Bahamas, and Haiti, where he led camps and clinics for impoverished youth.

Mike continues to mentor student-athletes at his alma mater, Davidson College, where he majored in economics and played varsity football and baseball. Mike can often be found on the ballfield where he serves as an instructor at the Soaring Eagles Baseball Academy. He and his wife, Teresa, live on Lake Norman in North Carolina, where they enjoy boating, playing pickleball, and sitting around the fire pit with family and friends. Mike and Teresa have two adult sons, David and Nathan.
