Sharon Daley

Sharon Daley is a global HR executive who draws on nearly 40 years of in-depth experience to help MyNextSeason clients lead and thrive in complex corporate environments. Throughout her career, Sharon advised current and aspiring C-suite executives and leveraged her wide breadth of experience to support those individuals in creating their own paths to success.

Most recently, Sharon served as an Operating Partner at Blackstone, leading C-suite talent recruiting and development and board searches for portfolio companies. She advised leaders across financial services, healthcare, infrastructure, retail, consumer, and real estate.

Previously, Sharon held multiple roles in five diverse GE businesses, ultimately serving as VP of HR for GE Corporate. During her tenure, she guided the organizationโ€™s next generation of HR leaders and introduced HR models that optimized the companyโ€™s effectiveness.

Known for driving transformations and stewarding people through change, Sharon led HR due diligence and integration for more than a dozen acquisitions. As Vice President of HR and Cultural Integration, she supported the $11B acquisition of Alstom, the largest industrial acquisition in GEโ€™s history. She also supported the transitions of a GE Vice Chairman and four business-level CEOs.

Passionate about helping women succeed, Sharon was a charter member of the Advisory Board of the GE Womenโ€™s Network and a leading supporter of the Society of Women Engineers. She also serves on the Board of Double H Ranch, which provides free, specialized programs for children with serious and chronic illnesses and their families.

Sharon earned a BS in Industrial and Labor Relations from Rutgers University. She and her husband have three adult children and two grandchildren. They enjoy traveling to see family and friends and currently split their time between New York and Florida.
