Sharon Daley is a former Fortune 50 Human Resources executive and Private Equity advisor with nearly 40 years of experience stewarding people through change.

Most recently, Sharon served as an Operating Partner at Blackstone, leading C-suite talent recruiting and development, as well as Board searches across their portfolio of companies. A versatile adviser, she worked with business leaders in a variety of industries including financial services, healthcare, infrastructure, retail, consumer, and real estate.

Previously, Sharon held multiple roles across five GE businesses, ultimately serving as Vice President of HR for GE Power. During her tenure, she guided the organization’s next generation of HR leaders and introduced HR models that optimized the company’s effectiveness. Over the course of her career, she led HR due diligence and integration for more than a dozen acquisitions and supported the transition of top executives.

Passionate about helping women succeed, Sharon was a charter member of the Advisory Board of the GE Women’s Network and a leading supporter of the Society for Women Engineers. She also served on the Board of Directors of Schenectady County Community College. Sharon earned a BS in Industrial and Labor Relations from Rutgers University.
