As Senior Executive Associate to MyNextSeason’s co-founder, Leslie Braksick, Sharon plays an integral role on the company team, working behind the scenes to support sure-footed operations. She employs her strong organizational, computer, multi-tasking, and interpersonal skills to help the company’s leaders and advisors facilitate their clients’ important career transitions.
Sharon has more than 40 years of experience as an executive assistant to C-Suite executives in the business world, including several Fortune 500 companies, and is passionate in providing thorough and responsive support. Before joining MyNextSeason, she was an Executive Assistant at Heinz North America and supported the Chief Executive Officers at NOVA Chemicals and WESCO. Starting as an insurance clerk with St. Paul Insurance Companies after graduating high school, Sharon quickly ascended with her positive attitude, adapting to executives’ needs, and solving problems creatively and efficiently.
When Sharon is not working, you will find her in the garden tending to her dahlias, a passion she shares with others by giving away dozens of bouquets to members of her community. As summer ends, she looks forward to helping neighborhood children arrange vases of dahlias as a gift for their teachers on the first day of school.
Sharon is married and the mother of two adult sons, Ken (wife Rachel) and Jeremy (wife Bailey) and enjoys spending time with grandchildren. She now resides in Rock Hill, SC in her next season.
