A Functional Medicine certified health advisor, Sara works to help clients identify challenges and achieve health goals through nutrition counseling and health coaching services.

Sara Tate, MS, FMCHC, BCHN, and Co-Founder of Grow & Go, LLC, is Board Certified in Holistic Nutrition® with the National Association of Nutrition Professionals. She holds a MS in Holistic Nutrition and is also a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach affiliated with the Institute for Functional Medicine.

Supporting MyNextSeason clients, Sara works independently and with allied professionals to help individuals identify challenges and achieve health goals through nutrition counseling and health coaching services.

As a mother and nutritionist, Sara is passionate about nurturing healthy living across the lifespan. Her personal experiences as well as family history, fuel her passion for helping others enjoy the physical and mental health benefits of a nutrient-dense diet.

Sara focused her master’s degree on the gut microbiome and works with clients to restore and improve microbial diversity using a nutrient-dense, colorful diet. Her master’s thesis explored improving Alzheimer’s disease through modifiable lifestyle factors, including nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress management, and relationships. She currently facilitates the Mastering Nutrition for Cognition with KetoFLEX 12/3 Group Coaching Program offered by Apollo Health, a company founded by cognitive health trailblazer Dr. Dale Bredesen.

Sara lives in northwest Montana with her family, where she enjoys hiking, biking, and camping in Glacier National Park. She is also a proud board member of the International Women’s Writing Guild, which supports her ventures in poetry and memoir writing.
