After twenty-five years of executive experience in the banking industry, including global roles on three continents, Christine Eosco now applies her passion for mentoring as an Advisor for MyNextSeason. Throughout her corporate career, Chris was continually sought after to develop others and found great joy in leading and mentoring. As an Advisor, Chris provides clients with caring, highly personalized guidance in defining and pursuing their career goals. An experienced executive, board member, philanthropist, and educator, Chris brings a depth and diversity of experience as well as the knowledge she gained through multiple transitions in her own life to guide others to next seasons filled with passion and purpose.
Prior to joining MyNextSeason, Chris served as Operations, Planning & Administration Executive for Counterparty Credit Risk Portfolio Management (CCRPM) at Bank of America. Chris provided oversight and guidance for all CCRPM initiative projects including annual budgets in excess of $150M. During this time, she received the Chairman’s Award for Global Diversity and Inclusion work with LEAD (Leadership, Education, Advancement and Development) for Women. Prior to this role, Chris was a key contributor in the development and implementation of Bank of America Merrill Lynch’s International Governance Model across 40 countries.
Chris sits on both the executive and grant committees of the United Way Board for Cape Cod & Islands and serves as the Board Treasurer for the Cape Cod Theatre Company. She also volunteers as a career coach for “We Can,” a not-for-profit organization helping women re-enter the workforce. Chris and her husband share a passion for travel and split their time between Cape Cod and Italy. They have two grown sons and three grandchildren
