As the Banking Industry Lead at KPMG LLP for more than 10 years, Mark collaborated to create a unified go-to-market strategy, culture, and methodology, which doubled sales and enabled up to 45% year-over-year growth. Previously, he drove significant growth as Head of KPMG’s US Mortgage and Consumer Lending Products by focusing on technology and digital process improvement. He transitioned to KPMG after leading more than $170M of portfolio expansion at Black Knight Financial Services, Inc. as EVP of Business Development and Strategy.
Earlier in his career, Mark held multiple operational leadership positions at Bank of America as it grew into one of the world’s largest and most profitable financial institutions. As the organization’s first-ever Six Sigma Black Belt, he applied tools and practices in each new role to establish the bank as a process-driven performance leader.
Mark served as an Advisory Board Member of Tandem Spirituality, which supports faith leaders in their professional development journeys. He is also a former coach and Roundtable Facilitator for the Halftime Institute, a not-for-profit that helps leaders align themselves with new callings in their second half of life.
Mark holds a BBA as well as a BA in Finance and Economics from Southern Methodist University. He and his wife, Norma, have been married for 35 years. They live in Pinehurst, North Carolina, and have two adult sons, both of whom are married.
