Edana brings to her My Next Season Advisor role more than 25 years’ experience partnering with senior executives as a consultant, executive coach, and educator on matters of human capital and organization development, HR strategy, and leadership. With sensitivity and wisdom, Edana is known for the way in which she helps her clients navigate the complexities that often accompany career transitions and how she helps them define and pursue their next season goals.
Prior to becoming a My Next Season Advisor, Edana started a consulting firm specializing in helping global companies and not-for-profit organizations solve their key talent, leadership, and organizational challenges. Earlier in her career Edana held senior organization development and human resources roles with several leading companies, including Merck, Honeywell, Nabisco Brands, and Pepsi.
In addition to her client work, Edana devotes her time to non-profit leadership roles. She is the Co-Chairperson of the Board of Trustees for The Matheny Medical and Educational Center, a specialized hospital, school, and residential facility for people with medically complex developmental disabilities. She also serves as Vice Chair of Tulane University’s Dean Advisory Council. Edana earned an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and a BA in economics from Tulane University. She and her family live in Teaneck, New Jersey.
