Katie Morgan is a highly accomplished Fortune 50 executive with nearly 30 years of expertise across human resources, risk management, finance, and audit. Throughout her career, she has been a go-to counsel for executives as they courageously lead through change and achieve stretch objectives. In her current capacity as leader of MyNextSeason’s Executive Advising offering and an executive coach, Katie supports the company’s bench of world-class advisors to meet the needs of multiple generations in today’s workforce.  

During her distinguished career at Bank of America, Katie was called upon to lead the most complex business transitions and teams, all while coaching senior global business leaders. She routinely created and scaled new functions while serving in a variety of senior global human resources roles across global banking, consumer, wealth and investment management, talent acquisition, and governance/regulatory relations. She additionally led the Charlotte market team, where she guided philanthropic investment strategy and partnered with banking teams to ensure comprehensive client service. Katie began her career in Dallas, TX, where she quickly rose to take on a variety of roles in risk management, compliance, and audit. 

Dedicated to her community, Katie currently serves on the boards of the Charlotte Ballet, Freedom School Partners, and Charlotte Latin School. She previously served on the boards of Charlotte Center City Partners and the Charlotte Mecklenburg Community Foundation. 

Katie earned a BBA in Accounting from Texas Christian University and attended Emory University for MBA studies.
