Katie Morgan is a highly accomplished Fortune 50 executive with nearly 30 years of expertise spanning human resources, risk management, finance, and audit. Throughout her career, she has been a go-to counsel for executives as they courageously lead through change to achieve their objectives. In her current capacity as leader of MyNextSeason’s Executive Transition Support and Executive Advising offerings, and as an Executive Coach, Katie supports the companyโs bench of world-class advisors to meet the needs of a multigenerational workforce.
During her distinguished career at Bank of America, Katie was called upon to lead the most complex business transitions and teams, all while coaching senior global business leaders. She routinely created and scaled new functions while serving in a variety of senior global HR roles across global banking, consumer, wealth and investment management, talent acquisition, and governance/regulatory relations.
She was the Senior HR Executive leading sizable global teams, supporting 120,000 associates with a personnel expense budget of $15B+. She additionally led the Charlotte market team, guiding philanthropic investment strategy and partnering with banking teams to ensure comprehensive client service. Earlier in her career, Katie held roles in risk management, compliance, and audit, gaining broad experience across business functions and supporting Bank of Americaโs acquisition activity in multiple markets.Dedicated to her community, Katie currently serves on the Board of the Carolina Ascent Foundation. She previously served on the boards of Charlotte Center City Partners, Freedom School Partners, the Charlotte Mecklenburg Community Foundation, Charlotte Latin School, and
Charlotte Ballet.
Katie earned a BBA in Accounting from Texas Christian University and attended Emory University for her MBA studies.
