Angelique Carbo leverages decades of executive coaching and C-suite human resources experience to guide MyNextSeason clients in times of career transitions. A trusted advisor and mentor to business professionals, she balances empathy with candor to create an environment in which clients can openly explore and confidently identify their next season goals.

As an HR consultant and coach, Angelique regularly provides strategic insight on effective leadership, organizational change, and succession planning. Her work is built on a foundation of her Fortune 500 business leadership roles in the insurance, pharmaceutical, financial services, aviation, technology, and not-for-profit sectors. She has served as CHRO at ABM Industries, Selective Insurance, and Emerald, and most recently was interim CHRO at the National Audubon Society.

Angelique sits on the board of the Kellogg Executive Women’s Network (KEWN), which supports female graduates around the world from Northwestern University’s graduate business school. She is a certified coach from the Hudson Institute of Coaching and has an Associate Certified Coach certification from the International Federation of Coaching. She recently completed Georgetown University’s Organizational Development, Consulting and Change Leadership Executive Certificate Program.

Angelique earned a BS in Accounting from Georgetown University and an MBA in Human Resources and Organizational Behavior from Kellogg Business School at Northwestern University.
