Angelique Carbo leverages decades of executive coaching and C-suite human resources experience to guide MyNextSeason clients in achieving a wide variety of professional goals. A trusted advisor and mentor to business professionals throughout her career, she balances empathy with candor to create an environment where complex issues can be solved.

As an HR consultant and coach, Angelique provides trusted strategic insight on leadership and team development, DEI, organizational change, and succession planning. Her work is built on a foundation of Fortune 500 business leadership roles in the pharmaceutical, financial services, insurance, aviation, technology, and not-for-profit sectors. She has held HR roles at all levels including CHRO at ABM Industries, Selective Insurance, and Emerald. Most recently, she held an interim CHRO role at the National Audubon Society.

Angelique is a certified coach from the Hudson Institute of Coaching and has an Associate Certified Coach certification from the International Federation of Coaching. She will complete Georgetown University’s Organizational Development, Consulting and Change Leadership Executive Certificate Program in October 2023.

Angelique earned a BS in Accounting from Georgetown University and an MBA in Human Resources and Organizational Behavior from Kellogg Business School at Northwestern University.
