Manager, Client Relations

As Manager of Client Relations at MyNextSeason, Anna combines a passion for helping others with a strategic, detail-oriented approach to client experience and operational excellence. She is committed to creating seamless, high-touch experiences that support individuals as they navigate significant life and career transitions.

Anna supports a broad range of client relations and operational priorities, including client launches, advisor onboarding and engagement, Health & Wellbeing programming, tutorial coordination, client research, portal updates, tracking system management, and cross-functional project support. She works closely with teams across MyNextSeason to keep processes moving smoothly, ensure clear communication, and strengthen the overall client and advisor experience.

Before joining MyNextSeason, Anna worked in elementary and special education, where she developed a strong foundation in organization, communication, and relationship-building. Her experience helping students and families navigate change continues to inform her thoughtful and client-centered approach today.

A lifelong animal lover, Anna has volunteered with nonprofit organizations focused on animal welfare and community support. She holds a bachelor’s degree in elementary and special education from Elon University and lives in Charlotte, North Carolina, with her wife and their rescue animals.
