During his time with Estée Lauder, Peter steadfastly guided numerous brands through rapid change, fueled new product innovation, and energized existing lines. He led the transformation of Bumble and bumble into an omni-channel industry pioneer and formed Estée Lauder brand’s very first global marketing vision and team. Throughout his career, Peter strove to foster an inclusive corporate culture, championing employee resource groups and proactively taking the time to mentor and develop those junior to him.
