Sara Tate is a nutrition advisor and functional medicine certified health coach that specializes in gut health, cognitive and mental wellness, and lifestyle medicine. At MyNextSeason, she combines science-backed guidance with practical coaching to help clients achieve meaningful and lasting change.

Sara is passionate about helping professionals in transition—whether approaching retirement or navigating a new career chapter—optimize their health, energy, and mental clarity so they can thrive in what’s next. As Clinical Success Manager at Tiny Health, Sara brings microbiome-based solutions to the forefront of patient care, helping providers and patients translate cutting-edge science into personalized, sustainable wellness strategies.

Sara holds a Master of Science in Holistic Nutrition and is Board Certified in Holistic Nutrition® with the National Association of Nutrition Professionals. She focused her master’s thesis on improving outcomes in Alzheimer’s disease through modifiable lifestyle factors, including nutrition, sleep, stress management, movement, and relationships. She also led the Mastering Nutrition for Cognition with KetoFLEX 12/3 group coaching program at Apollo Health, founded by cognitive health pioneer, Dr. Dale Bredesen.

Based in northwest Montana, Sara spends her free time hiking, biking, and camping in Glacier National Park with her family. She is also a proud board member of the International Women’s Writing Guild, where she champions women’s voices through poetry, storytelling, and memoir.
