As a MyNextSeason Advisor, Stephanie Broaders combines decades of experience in Fortune 100 global talent and leadership development with a passion for helping others. Taking a collaborative approach, she supports executives as they make meaningful connections and create next-season plans that align with their goals, values, and purpose.

During her corporate career, Stephanie spent more than 20 years at GE developing unique learning opportunities for executives. Most recently, she served as the Director of Integrated Talent Management, shaping the talent management and succession planning efforts for more than 2,000 GE employees. Previously, she served as the Learning Center Operating Leader at GE Aviation and held a series of HR client leader roles. Stephanie began her career at Duke Energy (formerly Cincinnati Gas and Electric).

Well established in her own next season, Stephanie is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and a member of Marshall Goldsmith’s 100 Coaches community. She recently served as a Program Director at UNC Executive Development, where she designed, developed, and delivered customized learning experiences for organizational leaders ranging from the C-suite to entry-level management. She continues to support the UNC community as a leadership coach.

Stephanie also serves on the Board of Directors for Classroom Central, a non-profit that fosters equity in education. She has an MBA from Xavier University, a BBA from the University of Cincinnati, and lives in Charlotte, NC, with her husband, Jesse. Stephanie enjoys outdoor cycling, cooking, and watching sports with friends and family.
