With 35+ years of experience in human resources, including nearly two decades as a CHRO at publicly traded and privately held companies, Linda is a champion of change and growth. A strategic advisor to numerous CEOs, she helps executives enhance their effectiveness by improving their emotional intelligence and implementing rigorous talent programs and evaluation practices.

Linda currently serves on the Boards of Directors for Benson Hill, Inc [NYSE: BHIL], an agriculture bio-tech company, and PE-owned Upstream Rehabilitation, the largest dedicated outpatient physical therapy provider in the US.

With extensive experience in private equity, including leading complex IPO processes for PE-backed organizations, Linda has redefined the HR function for global organizations across multiple industries. She excels in building and aligning culture, governance, structures, and rewards to maximize human capital potential.

Most recently, as EVP & Chief People Officer, Linda led Change Healthcare, Inc. through its acquisition by UnitedHealth Group and continued as a Strategic Advisor to facilitate the organizational, talent, and cultural integration as well as coach the executive team. Previously, she served as the Executive Vice President and CHRO for Amerigroup Corporation, driving strategic and operational planning for the company’s people strategies and providing development and support for 6,800 employees in 13 states.

Linda is currently a member of The Foundation Board for Radford University and a former Board Trustee. She also served as a Board Trustee for Hampden-Sydney College and Board Member for the Nashville chapter of Ronald McDonald House.

She and her husband David have two adult children and split their time between Richmond, Virginia, and Nashville, Tennessee.
