Linda Whitley-Taylor

With 35+ years of experience in human resources, including nearly two decades as a CHRO at publicly traded and privately held companies, Linda is a champion of change and growth. A strategic advisor to numerous CEOs, she helps executives enhance their effectiveness by improving their emotional intelligence and implementing rigorous talent programs and evaluation practices.

Linda currently serves on the Board of Directors for private equity (PE)-owned Upstream Rehabilitation, Inc.,—the largest dedicated outpatient physical therapy provider in the US. Linda also serves as a Strategic Advisor to Revelstoke Capital Partners, LLC and New Mountain Capital, LLC. She previously served on the Board of Directors and chaired the Compensation Committee for Benson Hill, Inc., an agricultural biotechnology company.

With extensive PE experience, including leading complex IPO processes for PE-backed organizations, Linda has redefined the HR function for global companies. She excels at aligning culture, governance, structure, and rewards to maximize human capital potential.

Most recently, as Executive Vice President (EVP) and Chief People Officer, Linda led Change Healthcare, Inc. through its acquisition by UnitedHealth Group, Inc. and continued as a Strategic Advisor supporting organizational, talent, and cultural integration while coaching the Executive Team.

Previously, she served as EVP and CHRO for Amerigroup Corporation, leading enterprise people strategy for more than 6,800 employees across 13 states. Linda is currently a Member of the Radford University Foundation Board and a former Board Trustee. She also served as a Board Trustee for Hampden-Sydney College and as a Board Member for the Nashville chapter of Ronald McDonald House.

She and her husband, David, have two adult children and split their time between Richmond, VA, and Nashville, TN.
