Heidi Steiger is a seasoned financial services executive and board director with extensive wealth management, risk oversight, corporate strategy, and M&A expertise. As a MyNextSeason Advisor, Heidi specializes in preparing executives for board roles while coaching those still exploring a variety of opportunities. She serves as a Board Director and Strategic Advisor across multiple organizations, guiding audit, risk, cybersecurity, and compensation committees. She also runs an executive search firm’s board boot camp.

With decades of leadership experience across Fortune 500 financial services companies and international organizations, Heidi brings deep insights into board governance, executive leadership development, and financial transformation. As East Region President for US Bank’s private bank, Heidi spearheaded a cultural transformation, driving high-performance sales teams while overseeing P&L. She also played a pivotal role in shaping the private client business at Neuberger Berman, leading its successful IPO and driving strategic expansion through M&A initiatives.

Heidi has been involved in philanthropic efforts within the arts communities of New York, Houston, Minneapolis, and Miami. She is a former President of the Financial Women’s Association in New York and Board Member of the Women’s Forum of New York. She has also supported global initiatives, such as Fountain House and Accion International.

Heidi earned a BA from Boston College, an MBA in Finance from Columbia University, a Certificate in Cybersecurity Oversight from Carnegie Mellon, and a Performance Coaching Certificate from Brown University. She has been a guest lecturer at North Carolina State University and is the author of Wealthy & Wise: (Secrets About Money), recognized by Barron’s as one of the best investment books at the time of its publication.
