As East Region President for US Bank’s private bank, Heidi spearheaded a cultural transformation, driving high-performance sales teams while overseeing P&L. She also played a pivotal role in shaping the private client business at Neuberger Berman, leading its successful IPO and driving strategic expansion through M&A initiatives.
