Habib Quazi is a public benefit corporation CEO and former Fortune 10 executive with three decades of broad experience aligning innovation, transformation, and global strategy to drive bottom-line results. A dedicated mentor throughout his career, Habib is now helping leaders overcome challenges, identify goals, and bring new value to their organizations as a MyNextSeason Advisor.

As the current CEO of All Sober, Habib leads a start-up team in providing an innovative, end-to-end digital model for addiction recovery. Previously, as the Director of Innovation and Business Transformation for ExxonMobil’s Global Operations, Habib delivered billion-dollar results after transforming end-to-end business processes leveraging data integration and digitization. Prior, he led global strategy organization for the company’s $100B+ downstream business with 20 refineries, 20,000 service stations, and a presence in approximately 170 countries. In earlier roles, he led sales and marketing with P&L responsibility for several specialty and commodity businesses in both growth and mature markets.

A global citizen, Habib was born in Bangladesh and has lived in the UK, US, and throughout Southeast Asia. His deep appreciation for cultural diversity has been key to developing a holistic understanding of the complexities of global leadership. He previously served on the Board of Directors for Infineum, a joint venture between ExxonMobil and Shell focused on sustainability in specialty chemicals, headquartered in Abingdon, England.

Habib holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in New York and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.

Habib enjoys taking on challenges both professionally and personally. He has completed several marathons and a 14-day, 160 km hike to Mount Everest Base Camp. He and his wife, Farah, have two adult sons and live in a suburb of Houston, TX.
