As Vice President of Corporate Transportation for UPS, Ed led the restructuring of the organization’s US transportation function, improving network utilization, cross-functional synergies, and operational efficiency. Supporting the delivery of nearly 50M packages daily and overseeing 30,000+ employees, Ed developed and opened new operational facilities in eight markets, spearheading growth and increasing cost-effectiveness, and created a Millennial Business Resource Group to attract and retain young talent.

Earlier in his 40-year tenure at UPS, Ed led the training department for corporate hubs, developing leadership frameworks focused on accountability and creating a “safety-first” culture.

Ed is a former member of the University of Denver Transportation Institute Board and Junior Achievement of Chicago Board. He holds an MS in Management and Organizational Behavior from Benedictine University and a BS in Political Science from Mount St. Joseph University.

Ed is married with four adult children. He currently lives in Cincinnati, Ohio, and enjoys playing golf in his free time.
