Ed Stander is a data-driven operations executive and innovator known for increasing market share through transformative initiatives and client-focused solutions. He leverages Fortune 100 senior-level experience and advanced training in organizational behavior to help MyNextSeason clients navigate the opportunities and challenges of complex corporate environments. With a passion for developing people, Ed is a collaborative coach dedicated to facilitating positive personal growth and enabling executives to increase their effectiveness and lead with purpose.

As Vice President of Corporate Transportation for UPS, Ed led the restructuring of the organization’s US transportation function, improving network utilization, cross-functional synergies, and operational efficiency. Supporting the delivery of nearly 50M packages daily and overseeing 30,000+ employees, Ed developed and opened new operational facilities in eight markets, spearheading growth and increasing cost-effectiveness, and created a Millennial Business Resource Group to attract and retain young talent.

Earlier in his 40-year tenure at UPS, Ed led the training department for corporate hubs, developing leadership frameworks focused on accountability and creating a “safety-first” culture.

Ed is a former member of the University of Denver Transportation Institute Board and Junior Achievement of Chicago Board. He holds an MS in Management and Organizational Behavior from Benedictine University and a BS in Political Science from Mount St. Joseph University.

Ed is married with four adult children. He currently lives in Cincinnati, Ohio, and enjoys playing golf in his free time.
