Peter’s career as a visionary and strategic senior executive leader at the Estée Lauder Companies was highlighted by his role as Global Brand President of Bobbi Brown Cosmetics, Bumble and bumble Haircare, and Smashbox Cosmetics. He additionally held executive and general manager positions at M·A·C Cosmetics and the Estée Lauder flagship brand. During his time with Estée Lauder, Peter steadfastly guided numerous brands through rapid change, fueled new product innovation, and energized existing lines. He led the transformation of Bumble and bumble into an omni-channel industry pioneer and formed Estée Lauder brand’s very first global marketing vision and team. Throughout his career, Peter strove to foster an inclusive corporate culture, championing employee resource groups and proactively taking the time to mentor and develop those junior to him.
Peter is regularly sought to present at business and educational forums on leadership, marketing, and public speaking. He is a frequent guest lecturer at his alma mater, Brandeis University, in their International Business School, and serves on their Advisory Board. Peter additionally dedicates his time and talent to causes he cares about.
