Rhiannon Williams brings leadership experience and exceptional organizational skills to her role as Senior Project Manager, where she develops and oversees projects and operations that support the growth of MyNextSeason’s portfolio of services supporting professionals all along the career continuum. Highly detail-oriented, she coordinates and ensures the timely execution of a multitude of initiatives. She serves as a valuable point of contact between vendors, clients, and team members and infuses her contagious energy and positivity into each new engagement.

In addition to her work at MyNextSeason, Rhiannon serves as a Philanthropy Advisor for the Alpha Chi Omega Foundation’s Chapel Hill chapter, providing guidance to the Vice President of Philanthropy on fundraising, furthering a culture of community service, and organizing events to benefit the greater campus community. Previously, Rhiannon collaborated with a variety of academic and professional stakeholders as a member of the ProEd International group, helping form strategies to modernize and enhance global professional education programs and offerings.

Rhiannon has additionally served as Program Coordinator for North Carolina State University’s Executive Education, where she led the development of a product line that integrated in-person and virtual programs into a blended learning model. She also coordinated and scheduled more than 20,000 annual meetings and events as an event specialist for the UNC-Chapel Hill Student Union.

Born in England, Rhiannon and her family also lived in France before ultimately settling in the US, shaping a global cultural perspective that she continues to apply today. She graduated from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill with dual degrees in Management and Society and French. She lives in Raleigh and enjoys spending her free time at the lake and playing with her labradoodle, Bentley.
