Jean Wallace is a senior Human Resources and Corporate Governance leader, consultant, and board director who offers a wealth of knowledge across multiple industries to MyNextSeason clients. With a focus on the whole self, Jean applies more than 30 years of executive assessment and leadership development expertise, as well as a passion for mentorship.
Over the course of her successful career, Jean partnered with C-suite executives across multiple well-known corporations, including AlliedSignal/Honeywell, Lockheed Martin, ITT, and Microsoft, to lead complex change through the lens of putting people first. She gained deep expertise in driving business results through dynamic human resources strategies, organizational design and development, transforming cultures, and creating innovative approaches to attract and retain the talent of the future. Known for instilling diversity and inclusion at the foundation of shifting business cultures, she promotes integrity, respect, and performance excellence.
Jean applies her enduring commitment to workplace wellness and economic development to address systemic issues through advocacy and policy change. She has been a forward-thinking board member for multiple organizations focused on board leadership transitions, workforce innovation, workplace culture, and the promotion of inclusive organizations. She recently joined the advisory board of the National Safety Council, Alcohol, Drugs & Impairment Division.
Jean earned an MBA at Florida International University and a BS in Marketing at Indiana University. She lives in the Pacific Northwest, where she enjoys the area’s natural beauty through kayaking, hiking, and exploring its many unique attributes.
