As a MyNextSeason Executive Advisor, Ron Kiskis brings a passion for helping executives lead transformational change. With decades of leadership experience directing successful business turnarounds in the US and abroad, he guides executives on how to maximize their potential and nurture organizational cultures that create sustainable, competitive advantage. 

After a 40-year career with Chevron Corporation, Ron retired in 2013 as the President of Chevron Oronite Company, a multi-billion-dollar global specialty chemicals manufacturer with more than 2,000 employees. During his tenure, he led the company to a ten-fold increase in profitability—transforming it into the industry’s financial and operational leader with world class safety performance. Earlier, he led the financial turnaround of Chevrons refining, marketing, and transportation business in Western Canada as President of Chevron Canada, Ltd. Ron pulls further insights from a breadth of previous leadership roles in human resources; health, environment, and safety; technology; financial analysis; and capital project planning. 

In addition to his work with MyNextSeason, Ron is a management consultant and partners with two of the Big Four accounting and audit professional services firms on increasing business advisory effectiveness through enhancing C-Suite client relationships. He also serves on the DocuSign Advisory Council and as an Industry Advisor for Advent International and Consultant to RLG International. He previously served on joint venture boards in Mexico and India and the not-for-profit boards of the United Way British Columbia, and INROADS, an organization dedicated to helping develop and place talented, underserved youth in business and industry. 

Ron joined Chevron as a chemist after earning a BS in Chemistry from the University of California, Santa Barbara and a PhD in Organic Chemistry from the University of California, Berkeley.
