Gina Hutchins brings vibrant energy and three decades of corporate experience with a Fortune 500 company to her work as a MyNextSeason Executive Advisor. Previously, Gina served as the Global Executive Talent Director for UPS and a trusted advisor to the company’s top-tier leadership. Having performed numerous roles during her 33-year tenure with the company, she is an adaptable leader and committed advocate for continuing education. Over the course of her career, she was responsible for talent management and recruiting at all levels—from early career positions to C-suite leadership.

As an industrial engineer and a member of the Society of Women Engineers, Gina has a passion for diversity and inclusion, particularly in STEM-based fields. She provided support to college students as an executive member of the National Urban League’s Black Executive Exchange Program, visiting Historically Black Colleges and Universities to speak about matriculation, transition to the corporate world, and resume writing and interviewing skills.

Gina has served as a board liaison for the National Action Council for Minorities in Engineering and a member of the Kettering University Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering Advisory Board. She additionally supported her local community as Board Vice President of HomeStretch, an organization that helps working homeless families in the Atlanta metro area. Gina holds a BS in Engineering from Western Michigan University.
