As Managing Director at MyNextSeason, Maggie’s number one goal is to create and maintain meaningful connections with clients and partners. She is passionate about helping MyNextSeason clients empower their talent by building employees’ confidence and capability during critical times in their careers. Maggie also develops relationships with prospective and current clients by leading MyNextSeason marketing efforts, including creative and branding strategy.

Relationship development has been a hallmark of Maggie’s entire career. She previously served as a cross-functional marketing strategist at Wayfair, working across digital and offline marketing channels in the fast-paced e-commerce world. Prior to working at Wayfair, she gained strong foundational experience in the global relationship group at Wellington Management, a global asset management firm.

Maggie earned a BS in Business Administration from Northeastern University and is attending UNCC to pursue an MA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. She currently lives in Charlotte, North Carolina but remains a fan of her hometown Boston Celtics. She is an avid reader and, after her experience at Wayfair, an interior design enthusiast who enjoys helping friends and family with decorating projects.
