Trevor Fetter is an experienced CEO, corporate director, and Harvard Business School professor who shares his wealth of leadership and entrepreneurial experience as a MyNextSeason Advisor. Among his portfolio of current engagements, Trevor serves as the Lead Director for The Hartford Financial Services Group, Senior Advisory Board Member for Towerbrook Capital Partners, and a Director of Trimedx, Inc. He additionally serves on the Board of Fellows for Stanford Medicine, the national board of the Smithsonian Institution, and the boards of the Catalina Island Company and Catalina Island Conservancy.

As Chairman and CEO of Tenet Healthcare until 2017, Trevor transformed the once regional hospital operator into a $20-billion Fortune 150 diversified national healthcare services company and top 100 US employer. He additionally led the creation of two multi-billion-dollar companies that grew Tenet beyond its core hospital business. Well known for establishing a culture of growth and patient centricity, he launched several initiatives dedicated to providing exemplary healthcare to all.

Trevor began his Tenet career as Executive Vice President and then Chief Financial Officer. Armed with knowledge of the hospital business and eager to try an entrepreneurial venture, he left Tenet in 1999 and founded Broadlane, a company dedicated to reducing the cost of supplies for healthcare systems. The company grew to more than 600 people and $400 million in revenue.

Trevor earned a BA in Economics from Stanford University and MBA from Harvard Business School. He then went on to become CFO of Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer before transitioning to Tenet. Trevor has been married to his Stanford classmate, Melissa, since 1983. They have two adult children. Together they were honored with the 2017 Henry Cohn Humanitarian Award, presented by the Anti-Defamation League.
