Wayne Cafran is an experienced executive coach working with professionals at all levels on career development, leadership skills, and professional transition. A career-long mentor to many, Wayne uses active listening, curiosity, humility, and intuition to identify and uncover the roadblocks or beliefs that can prevent executives, including aspiring C-suite leaders, from achieving their desired goals. In addition to serving as a MyNextSeason Advisor, he also sits on the boards of private and public companies.

A former Principal with KPMG, Wayne was responsible for the oversight, growth, and business development of key accounts. Wayne also served as a national leader for the Healthcare Internal Audit practice as well as acting as lead partner to the firm’s largest clients. Previously, he started the firm’s Healthcare Internal Audit practice. During his career, Wayne was responsible for coaching and developing staff and promoting numerous internal candidates for executive roles. He also served as a Champion on KPMG’s African American and Veterans Business Resource Groups.

Wayne is a Certified Leadership Coach through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) and has earned an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF). He currently serves as a Board Director for EmblemHealth, Medminder, and Strata Skin Sciences and was previously a Board Chair and Audit Committee Chair for Liberation Programs.

Wayne holds a BA in Political Science from Binghamton University and a Master of Public Administration in Health Finance from New York University. He and his wife of 35 years have three adult children and two grandchildren and live in New York where he stays active through playing golf and running.
