Jessica applies her creativity and enthusiasm to help grow and shape the future of MyNextSeason’s Early Career Acceleration Program. As a young professional herself, she is excited to help the next generation of leaders excel as they launch their careers. Jessica flawlessly executes all operational aspects of the Early Career Acceleration program and manages its advisor team, crafting thoughtful matches for engagements and ensuring all participants have the supporting materials they need. She enjoys translating data into tangible ideas and helps build efficient processes that result in a great client experience.

Prior to MyNextSeason, Jessica worked as an Event Marketing Specialist for Techtronic Industries where she enhanced sales of the Ryobi brand within a group of hardware stores in the Columbus, Ohio market. While earning her degree in Marketing and Communications from The Ohio State University, she held internships at Macy’s and P&G focused on HR and brand projects and won an award for mentoring new program interns.

Jessica is passionate about giving back and has volunteered with multiple organizations that focus on improving quality of life for children with critical illnesses. She additionally served as Assistant Marketing Director for the OSU campus chapter of Make-A-Wish. She lives in Charlotte, North Carolina, where she enjoys cooking, running, concerts, and exploring the city. She also enjoys rooting for her hometown NFL team, The Cincinnati Bengals, and her alma mater The Ohio State University.
