Jessica applies her creativity and enthusiasm to grow, evolve, and manage the future of MyNextSeason’s early career and special programs. With an engaging and detail-oriented approach, she ensures the exceptional execution of the company’s innovative offerings, supporting all operational needs for internal and external stakeholders. Building efficient processes and focusing on continuous improvement, she facilitates an outstanding client experience that delivers maximum value.

Prior to MyNextSeason, Jessica worked as an Event Marketing Specialist for Techtronic Industries where she enhanced sales of the Ryobi brand within a group of hardware stores in the Columbus, Ohio market. While earning her degree in Marketing and Communications from The Ohio State University, she held internships at Macy’s and P&G focused on HR and brand projects and won an award for mentoring new program interns.

Jessica is passionate about giving back and has volunteered with multiple organizations that focus on improving quality of life for children, including Heart Math Tutors, a non-profit that supports students in the Charlotte public school district. She additionally served as Assistant Marketing Director for the OSU campus chapter of Make-A-Wish.

Jessica lives in Charlotte, North Carolina, where she enjoys cooking, painting, Pilates and playing pickleball. During football season, she can be found rooting for her hometown NFL team, The Cincinnati Bengals, and her alma mater The Ohio State University.
