Austin Braksick brings strategic vision and operational leadership to MyNextSeason’s Early Career Acceleration program aimed at helping young professionals develop the capabilities and confidence necessary to excel in their careers. Recognizing a growing need by companies to develop, inspire, and retain their best and brightest early career talent, Austin has helped design and evolve the delivery, sales, and marketing of products that are molding the next generation of leaders.

In addition to being a visionary leader who sweats the details of execution, Austin is an outstanding writer and communicator. He authored a chapter in Living Into Your Next Season: Moving Forward After the Crisis of 2020 (May, 2020) and has been a guest lecturer to business classes at the University of Denver.

Previously, Austin served as Commercial Manager of Sales Development with Xactly Corporation, providing cloud-based enterprise software and services to enhance sales performance across a variety of industries. He transitioned to the SaaS technology space after beginning his career working in professional sports for organizations like the Colorado Avalanche and Cincinnati Reds.

Austin is a graduate of Miami University in Ohio. He and his wife Anna have two children, Sydney and Payton. In addition to family, Austin’s passions include fishing, hunting, skiing, golfing, mountain biking, and making culinary magic happen with a smoker.

Austin has a calling for faith-based mission work and has participated in trips to the Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Ghana, and Costa Rica, among others.
