As a MyNextSeason Program Coordinator, Shannon applies her strong organizational and communications skills to ensure Early Career Acceleration clients receive exceptional care across a suite of services. Compassionate and enthusiastic, she has a proven track record of providing tailored support to diverse populations seeking a meaningful path forward in career and life.

Previously, Shannon helped connect families to critical behavioral health resources as a program and outreach coordinator for Family Solutions in Wake Forest, North Carolina. She developed individualized treatment plans for patients, offered one-on-one employee coaching, organized outreach events, and recruited volunteers and mentors to support clients. She has also served numerous families and children as a Case Manager for the York County Department of Social Services in South Carolina.

With a passion for helping those in need, Shannon established the Alberta Hemphill Wright Foundation in 2019 in honor of her late grandmother. The foundation partners with community organizations in her hometown of Rock Hill, South Carolina, to help underserved individuals by providing monthly meals, mentorship, and hygiene services.

Shannon earned a Master of Science in Human Behavior from Capella University and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Francis Marion University. She lives in Charlotte, North Carolina, with her Yorkie, Bella, who helps her root from afar for her favorite NFL team, the Dallas Cowboys.
