He now applies his industry-leading insights and career-long focus on relationship building to support MyNextSeason’s continued growth.
As Executive Vice President and CHRO until 2023, Kevin was instrumental in Voya’s exponential growth during its first 10 years as a public company, including establishing a brand-new board. Respected for his vision, values, and ability to build strong corporate cultures, he created results-driven performance management, compensation, and benefits programs. Along with human resources, Kevin also led corporate responsibility, legal, and communications teams and served on the Voya Foundation as a senior leader and member of the Executive Committee.
Kevin is skilled in building talent pipelines, succession planning, board recruitment, and developing dynamic senior leadership teams that align with business strategy. With a master’s degree in psychology from NYU and a deep understanding of human behavior, he has consistently demonstrated his expertise in developing CEOs, senior teams, and future CHROs. He previously held senior HR leadership roles for companies, including Argo Group International, Merrill Lynch, Mastercard, and PepsiCo.
Kevin has served as the Chair and Trustee Emeritus of the New York Institute of Technology and as a Board Member for St. Mary’s Boys School and Holy Trinity High School.
He and his wife have four adult children and six grandchildren and enjoy spending time volunteering and traveling. Kevin also enjoys pursuing his love of music.
