Jennifer Daley, MD, FACP, is a nationally recognized physician executive with expertise in private care and administrative leadership. As a physician, businesswoman, and senior healthcare advisor, Dr. Daley draws from a diverse background of skills to assist executives who are transitioning from intense corporate careers by helping them evaluate personal health, fitness, and nutrition, address health concerns of family members, manage stress during times of transition, and set goals for personal wellness.

Throughout her career, Dr. Daley has held a variety of leadership roles in the medical and corporate arenas. She is currently a Senior Market Medical Executive at Cigna where she helps employer clients develop employee health benefit plans and provides clinical oversight for the company’s health improvement and quality programs. She previously served as the Executive Vice President, COO, and Senior Strategy Consultant for UMass Memorial Medical Center, where she was responsible for the day-to-day operations of a three-campus, 781-bed academic health center.

Dr. Daley has additionally served as Chief Medical Officer of Partners Healthcare System, Chief Medical Officer of Tenet Healthcare, and Director of the Center for Health Systems Design and Evaluation at the Institute for Health Policy at Massachusetts General Hospital (Partners Healthcare System). She also spent more than 10 years as the Co-Chair and Director of Research at the National Surgical Quality Improvement Program for the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Dr. Daley is a renowned scholar who has held professorships at the University of Massachusetts Medical School, Dartmouth Medical School, Harvard Medical School, and her alma mater, Tufts University School of Medicine. She is the author of over 160 peer-reviewed journal articles, reviews, editorials, and book chapters, and the author and/or editor of two books.

Dr. Daley received her BA from Brown University and her MD from Tufts University School of Medicine. She currently resides in Lexington, MA.
