With 25 years of executive experience in the banking industry, including global roles on three continents, Chris Eosco now serves as an Executive Advisor for MyNextSeason. An experienced executive, board member, philanthropist, and educator, she brings a depth and diversity of experience as well as knowledge gained through multiple transitions of her own to guide others to next seasons filled with passion and purpose.

Most recently, Chris served as Operations, Planning & Administration Executive for Counterparty Credit Risk Portfolio Management at Bank of America. This cutting-edge risk organization focused on regulatory compliance and the cultural transformation needed to embed new ways of thinking about and measuring risk across the broader organization. During this time, she received the Chairman’s Award for Global Diversity and Inclusion work with LEAD (Leadership, Education, Advancement, and Development) for Women.

Prior to this role, Chris was a key contributor in the development and implementation of Bank of America Merrill Lynch’s International Governance Model across 40 countries and representing international interests in the merger of Bank of America and Merrill Lynch.

Chris currently sits on the Board of the International Fund for Animal Welfare (IFAW), the Dennis (Massachusetts) Conservation Land Trust and serves as president of the board of trustees of the Cape Rep Theatre. Previously, she held roles on the board of the Bank of America International Financial Corporation, Bank of America Overseas Corporation, and Merrill Lynch Menkul Degerler A.S.

Chris earned an MBA from Simmons College, Graduate School of Management and a BA in political science from Emmanuel College. She and her husband have two grown sons and three grandchildren. They share a passion for travel and split their time between Cape Cod and Italy.
