As Director of Client Relations, Amy Baldwin is often MyNextSeason’s first point of contact with clients and facilitates an optimal Advisor match for each project. With an in-depth knowledge of the expertise, capabilities, and style of each MyNextSeason Advisor, she ensures the best possible client experience by understanding individual client needs, preferences, and objectives. Amy utilizes the skills gained from her career in customer service, marketing, and media to communicate the vision of MyNextSeason, foster a meaningful experience for executive participants, and deliver highly effective account management for corporate client organizations.

With a passion for helping companies grow, Amy worked for six years as the Marketing Manager for Environmental Science & Engineering, Inc., where she helped the company expand from a handful of employees to over 1,000. She continued to hone her skills in project management, conflict resolution, and organizational leadership through work in her community and church. She also refined her exemplary customer service skills through her work at Starbucks Coffee Company where she received awards for her leadership and training expertise.

Amy recently served as the Moderator of the First Congregational Church of Western Springs and was a production co-chair, search committee co-chair, and board member of the Children’s Theater of Western Springs for more than 12 years. Amy dedicates time to supporting not-for-profits, including Growing Hope Globally, an organization that fosters agricultural advancement in developing nations, and Companions Journeying Together which supports families impacted by incarceration.

Amy graduated cum laude with a degree in Business Administration from Hope College. She and her husband Marv have been married for more than 35 years; are the parents of three adult children, Chloe, Carolyn, and J; and live in Western Springs, a suburb of Chicago.
