(This book’s findings are still used today by first-time CEOs, Executive MBA programs, and companies planning for succession or executive development.
However, events of the past decade and 2020 have impacted the CEO role, so a new 2020 CEO Study was conducted. We are excited to share and publish these findings in an updated book – Look forward to this update in Spring 2021.)
