Following a 30+ year career in banking, Lynn Stetson co-authored with his brother and small business owner, Todd, “Memos to Dan: Entrepreneurial Lessons from a Father to His Son.” Drawing on lessons from the book, Todd’s son Dan has successfully navigated the pandemic and retained all his employees. “When we wrote the book,” Lynn pointed out, “we had no idea a pandemic was on the horizon; but, we wrote a manual that Dan says he often refers back to in order to navigate the unknowns. That success beats any book sales totals!”
