Preparing Autistic Adults for Employment

After retiring as the VP of Corporate Compensation for Prudential, Haroon Saeed has found more time to help others. He volunteers as a Hire Autism Navigator for the Organization for Autism Research, where he reviews resumes and cover letters for job seekers and provides virtual coaching for job interviews. Haroon shares, “it is fulfilling to support these people as they seek gainful employment.”
