Celebrating 10 Years of Transitions & New Seasons

This year marks the 10^th anniversary of MyNextSeason, and we want to celebrate this milestone by thanking you for your trust and partnership in our journey.

Ten years ago, we embarked on a mission to make a meaningful difference for professionals and their organizations during times of transition. During our careers, we noticed the decision to “retire” was increasingly shifting out of the hands of individual executives who had been dedicated to their companies for decades. Most thought they’d have (more) time to plan for what they would do after their corporate careers. Even those who chose the timing of retirement were struggling with what to do next. These executives didn’t need “outplacement help” or “coaching,” they needed a new purpose, a new identity, new networks, and new routines for better health. They still had so much they wanted to accomplish—with runway to make it happen. The idea for MyNextSeason was born.

Our team’s vision is simple but powerful—to provide a guiding light through the intricate paths of career transitions that helps people when they need it most. Our passion stems from a shared belief that navigating these pivotal moments—arguably some of the most vulnerable and important moments of one’s life—with care, understanding, and personalized support will shape the trajectory of their lives.

MyNextSeason’s evolution has been a testament to the void in the market and is fueled by a dedication to providing comprehensive solutions at every stage of the career continuum. From an initial focus on executive transitions, we expanded our client support to include early career and executive advising, board assessment and refreshment, and CEO mentoring and succession planning.

As we look back at the myriad of individuals and companies we’ve had the privilege of serving, we feel truly honored. MyNextSeason has become synonymous with empathy, expertise, and excellence in navigating career transitions. The success stories of our clients—the executives, the emerging talents, the boards, and the CEOs—are what continue to motivate us.

In celebration, we’ll be launching a new social media campaign, “A Decade of Transitions: Navigating Journeys, Embracing Futures,” which will showcase clients and team members in an effort to inspire others to take control of their futures.
