After retiring Wayne Cafran lent his expertise to board and adivsory work particularly in the healthcare industry. He is also a Certified Leadership Coach through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) an accomplished MyNextSeason Advisor. In his personal life, Wayne is dedicated to spending time with his family — including taking long naps with his young granddaughter — and improving his golf game.
