Ten years into retirement from Bank of America, Neil Cotty continues to apply his financial expertise through serving on one of BlackRock’s mutual fund boards while supporting local charities with his wife. His calendar is also filled with travel—from Thailand to national parks to a European River cruise—and frequent family dinners, including lots of one-on-one time with his 17-year-old grandson. Anchoring it all is his daily visit to his happy place: the local YMCA.
