After receiving a PhD in values-driven leadership following his retirement, he now dedicates his time to impacting young professionals and peers through his roles as an Assistant Dean of Leadership and Faculty Development at UMass Chan-Lahey Regional Medical School and a business leader faculty member at the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management. He also is the Founder and CEO of TRG Management Solutions, where he helps develop future-ready leaders.
