Dave Swiney has traded boardroom meetings for burgers in retirement, channeling his leadership skills into expanding the successful restaurant group he co-founded with friends. Retirement has also brought treasured time with family, including frequent visits with his mother and moments watching his grandson, Sam, grow. Still guided by purpose, Dave remains active on KPMG’s Retired Partners Council and is exploring new ways to give back through philanthropy.
