Jeff Wilcox has been serving as a caregiver for his family of five. He has taken on the daily responsibility of shopping and cooking meals, sharing, “it has been fun to learn cooking techniques and various tricks to have food available despite the wide variability of eating times and unpredictable appetites of three boys.” In addition to spending valuable time with the most important people in his life, he is an adjunct professor and has shared his expertise as a member of several higher education advisory boards.
