Getting an off-ramp from a company after working there for 25 years is never easy, but I am in a good place thanks to the help of MyNextSeason. The team helped me find my ‘sweet spot’ with support, dialogue, and research that made it smooth and actually even exciting for me. I am energized and looking forward to a different career that will continue to grow and stretch me in new ways.
